Hi Roman,

is there any chance to support symbols also for this plug-in?

I know, it's little conflict symbols purpose and I don't have idea if its doable or Sketch is synchronising all instances of symbols over this,
but I can imagine this function to synchronise symbols and let state differently, also use all benefits of symbols as file-size reduction by single instance of sources (bitmaps).

This is a quick note to remind you that Sketch 45 will include a plugin update system.

It would be awesome if you could add support to it (it's really easy!) before Sketch 45 comes out. Ideally, you should release an update for your plugin while we're still in Sketch 44, so your users will have a nice & easy experience when 45 is released.

I just downloaded and tried the example file. The first example seems to work fine, but the second one (Simple Navigation) fails. It appears that id doesn't like when a layer name begins with the key ::. Adding any characters (even a space) before the key seems to fix this. I'm assuming this was not an expected requirement since it's broken in the example file, so please either file as a bug or clarify the requirement in the documentation.

Unfortunately, it seems that it doesn't work with the latest Sketch 39.1 (31720), neither with labels nor with IDs.

Hi, I've tried my own example and the downloadable example on the article, but neither one works with the newest Sketch. I've renamed the layer and tried to trigger the hotkey or used the menu "Plugins > State Machine > Update Component", but that also does not work. Seems like something is broke.

I'm trying to use show / hide on layers and groups as the differentiation between my objects on version 40.3 of Sketch and am receiving the report "No layer with distinct style" - Attached is basic image / configuration. I'm working in Examples.sketch and have added an "underbar" group with four individual rectangles.

My expected behavior would be that it could see the "isVisible" on each layer and change only that attribute. The usefulness happens when I can use LayerGroups instead of individual layers and they can each have different children.

Is it possible that Sketch has moved the visibility of the layer into a different method than "isEnabled" and you could use "isVisible" on MSLayer instead? (Sorry, not good enough with Cocoa to figure this out completely)

Outputs "State Machine → ✔️", but states don't change.

Examples, however work fine. Seems that it's not working with newly created files.

I can't get it to work at all in Sketch 3.8.3. Is this a known issue?
