I understand this program as a project is kind of “dead”, but I'm having trouble getting it to work in the first place. I'm trying to convert bin to vpk (this is with Animal Crossing cards by the way), but I keep getting the error:

SyntaxError: unexpected character after line continuation character
I’m inexperienced with Python so it may be an issue on my part, but after doing research I gathered this might be a fault with the program. I would appreciate any help with this in any case.
