Fix commit position consistency

Multiple events can end up with the same commit position, this is due to the position column not being part of the key schema.

Need to figure out what to do about this & potentially if it is even required. Is commit timestamp enough?

Stream metadata

Add stream metadata to support scavenging

  • maxAge
  • maxCount

Remove projection & checkpoint files

These don't belong as part of this library. It should focus on the event store aspect. These should be the responsibility of the consumer or another library
