• Remove optional type hints
• remove void return type

Goal of this Issue is to add roles and acls with a single command on cli.

Currently the new SecurityExtension does not work, because the config value ehdev_basics.bg_username is a entity and not an string.

This is caused because the form type uses the EntityType and not a ChoiceType as parent.

it looks like there is a bug in the bundle. A platform update fails now.
