Currently MAIC package only supports analysis for hazard ratios and odds ratios, but no functions exist to analyze difference in means nor rate ratios (for repeated events per patient e.g. events per patient year of exposure).

Propose to create boostrap_rate and bootstrap_mean functions to extend use (Roche internal examples available)

I get an error as check_weights function looks for "match_cov" variable, however, it should be looking for "matching_vars" variable name
