While building the docker image, I get an error for gazebo2 package not being located. I fixed that issue by adding the following lines in the docker file:

Now I get an error for libpcl-1.7-all
not being located.
Firstly, shouldn't these dependencies being taken care by rosdep install
?
Secondly, is it a good way to add-repositories
the ppa in docker file or there is a better way to do it?
The ppa for pcl seems to be depricated, but the version rosdep is looking for is here (pcl-1.7). How can I point this version to .rosintall?
