Multi-line title for the link

Some applications (i.e. Things, Calendar) may return multi-line text for the title. But it won't be good for
Suggest to either to only keep the first line or join the lines together.

Example:

Things

[task name

note line 1
note line 2](things:///show?id=xxxx)

Can you support Craft

Datetime from Mail is now instead of sent/received time

I think the issue may be with taskPaperDateString which use new Date() instead of passed in dte parameter.

Reeder 5 has no title for the link

The MD link from Reeder 5 has no text for the title, is this the expected behaviour?
