The source-code reuse, we need to include in the Rules, but how to measure how much was reused code is the challenge. Okan provided a link to a site (https://theory.stanford.edu/~aiken/moss/) that provides some measure, we should check on it because the use is not so straight-forward.

Currently, we have a problem that TDP submission time has a long distance to the time of holding the competition which the information in TDP is almost wrong. Therefore, I think we should get more information from teams about 1 month before the competition about the partial use of other team's source code and the percentage of changes and what is their change and what is the effect of their change. otherwise, they will be disqualified

think it is better to force teams to use some external references and force them to have more scientific paper. ....... i think it could be a good start.
I think Each section of the TDP should contain: 1-A summary of related scientific papers about the problems in this section. 2-What other teams did last year(not only what they said on TDP), 3-what is the team's approach, 4-provide their cons and props.
