Misc TODOs

Some unsorted TODOs that are probably not worth separate issues (yet):

  • the inherited autogenerated README.md needs to explain what the modules does, possibly split for registry.terraform.io and github.com
    • Add references to RFC and other standards
    • Add notes where special encoding/escaping is required from the user
    • Mention license
    • Note dependency versions where not automated by metadata
    • Aliased us-east-1 provider
  • Add examples/main/README.md
  • GitHub community stuff, CONTRIBUTING etc.
  • Add CI, see inherited .pre-commit-config.yaml
  • Explain differences in this fork
  • Possibly create issues/merge requests for fork, but this module is mainly intended for internal consumption
  • Add more output variables
