initialize the package with an empty table state
Hi!
I love the project, I am already using it! I'm on my way to develop a game in TTPG 🌱
With the use, I realized that the startup doesnt give you a initial assets/States/start.vts or something.
So when you create a new mod, and start the editor, a warning is shown saying
Could not load saved state
invalid save file
What do you think? Is it reasonable?

path issue
with an nonstandart path this variable seems to struggle.
my installation is in G:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TabletopPlayground\TabletopPlayground\PersistentDownloadDir
and the project isnt copied but put in the root of my user folder
//edit; nevermind the error was me misunderstanding the script
need to fetch Thumbnail and Mod.io ID during purge, if present, and include it as part of the build process.
