Upon executing the "Testing Health Connectivity" functionality as described by Aeon, you will see an error in the ST logs:

groovy.lang.MissingPropertyException: No such property: commands for class: physicalgraph.zwave.Zwave @line 174 (zwaveEvent)

With debug logging enabled, you will see:

This seems to result in a failed health test as the device responds with a red flash afterwards.

The beeping on shock function in this sensor is beyond annoying. It would be awesome if this had better documentation on how to disable it. I assume its buried in this code:
zwave.configurationV1.configurationSet(parameterNumber: 0x57, scaledConfigurationValue: 55, size: 1),

but without better insight, its hard to understand what to change

Can pair the sensor, but does not report any values other than powerSource. Here is hub configuration (is it possible that Samsung has pushed out a broken version?):
