I also have those shader warnings, seems to be some weird fglrx behavior.
I don't have that OpenAL error, the map loads fine for me. what openal soft (libopenal?) version do you use?

My Ubuntu says I'm using libopenal1 (version: 1:1.12.854-2).

Could you try 1.14 or 1.15?

I installed the 1.14 version and now the map loads without problems.
The map Mars City Underground was the only one I was having this issue.
Now all maps are loading correctly.
