When a major cooldown changes due to the results of a CD reduction talent (army of the dead being the most obvious one), send an addon message to your buddies that this cooldown has changed.

When adding a buddy or joining a party/raid with a buddy, send a 1-time message over the addon communication pipe to request a two-way sync.

On the receiving end, prompt the user to accept the two-way relationship and maintain a list of received requests so we ensure its only displayed once per session.

In a raid group, simulate cooldown resets when you exit combat with a raid enemy.

Add a panel that allows for spells to be modified beyond their defaults, i.e. minimum time.
Potentially allow for custom spells to be added so users don't need to wait for me to update the addon for new spells.

Currently some spells are flagged as hidden until cast, but we could also just check if the talent is taken as well.

There appears to be an issue where cooldown text is displaying incorrectly, noticed it last night on unholy DK with text underneath text.

Is it possible to add a toggle to not play the buddy cooldown sound if your PI is already on cooldown, maybe with a margin of 5s?
This is usually more of an issue when I have multiple people I'm tracking who happen to both be in the party/raid, so I'll hear desynced cooldown alerts throughout the fight.
