Currently the config only having values those are static and doesn't have environmental or feature flag based values.

Things to do:
[ ] Combined env and feature flag in config
[ ] Separate file for env, config, feature
[ ] Config module should have separate file module for returning values
[ ] Validate each values by either using zod/valibot/t3-env

Currently the story book test command available now need to check with the flag --ci will it works.
