• pip install opencv-python

• -h, --help show this help message and exit
• -f FILE, --file FILE name of the file you wanna use with extention !
• -c, --commandLine this art will use in command line display
• --pbs PBS pixle block size | smaller the number much fine result and but slow processing (default = 15 )

• then run the python program python -video_to_ascii.py -f testing_data/a-better.mp4 --fps 30 --pbs 20
• or run the python program python image_to_ascii.py -f testing_data/abc.jpg

Ascii_video.mp4 & Ascii_video2.mp4 & Ascii_video3.mp4 in this repo made from testing_data/a-better.mp4 given in the order of quality

you need to clone the repo to play the video files 😶.

This repo is good for only small videos. 🙂
