I've never seen this program in use before and have no idea how to open and run the program. I've searched through every single directory inside of the zip file I've downloaded and there is no executable anywhere in site. Could someone please help me out with this?

When I try to open the Rimtrans application it doesn't open, it just seems like it does but it doesn't.
I tried to change the directory but still nothing happens.
Uninstall and reinstall .NET Framework 4.6.1 and still the same, any solution?

RimTrans does not accept new settings, I have been trying to translate mods for a long time. I launched it again, changed the paths to the folders, but the program does not see the mod point-blank. Neither factory reset nor auto search works
