After members are added to the game - send out a confirmation (email if user is not in database / push notification if user exists), allow the user to create a character and associate that character to the game.

• Update the menubar to use a D20 icon as a notification instead of the options menu
• After user accepts invitation (either through email or in the app), navigate to a player creation menu
• Player creation can leverage either existing designs or create a new one
• Link the character to an NFC token with the uuid of the character
• Game will populate in dashboard fragment
• Update firebase user data with game
