Theoretically, the Contest Manager cog should be able to handle managing multiple contests in different channels simultaneously. However, because of the way the contests structure is set up, it's hard to map a contest ID back to a channel. Additionally, there is currently only a single list message tracked. This should be cleaned up, and it should be verified that two simultaneous contests can be run in separate channels.

Right now, you need to reload NewScoreTracker to re-detect the tournament date filter.
Also, the auto detection is a bit off and we should just reset it to always follow the calendar month.
