Upload 4GB / 2GB pruned checkpoints HF about riffusion HOT 5 OPEN

The larger checkpoint has some of the information from training, which may be useful for further fine tuning, and the 4GB version does not. This is the same across the standard image-based diffusion models. I believe the 4 vs 2 GB has to do with float32 vs float16. I'll track here us uploading the 4gb version to the canonical HF location.

Thanks. I was mainly asking because I try to run the 4gb and 2gb in auto1111 with the extension and got a potentially malicious pickle warning. I have never gotten that before with any models. I know pickles aren't inherently dangerous but what's the cause?
