Can not download report

It is not possible to download a report anymore.
Error:

Quitting from lines 237-253 [all_peakarea] (QC_report.Rmd)
Warning: Error in mutate: ℹ In argument: `short_filename = fct_reorder(short_filename,
  acq_order)`.
Caused by error in `lvls_reorder()`:
! `idx` must contain one integer for each level of `f`

warnings

During installation and running the shiny app there are several warnings:

Warning messages:
1: replacing previous import ‘shiny::dataTableOutput’ by ‘DT::dataTableOutput’ when loading ‘QComics’ 
2: replacing previous import ‘shiny::renderDataTable’ by ‘DT::renderDataTable’ when loading ‘QComics’

This has to that I'am using the datatables from DT and not Shiny. At the moment I don't know how to fix this.

Report not downloading

When run from Rstudio I can not download the report.
