fbmessenger-node's Issues

Error receiving post messages on /webhook

Hi, I'm trying to setup for the first time my server with fbmessenger.
I've finished setting everything up on the App page:

  • Webhook (url and verify_token) is listening for messages
  • App is subscribed to a page
  • Page App Token is correct

I'm getting the following error every time the page receives a message:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'entry' of undefined
    at Messenger.handle (/var/www/letsrock/clientes/sellia-messenger/node_modules/fbmessenger/dist/Messenger.js:106:26)
    at /var/www/letsrock/clientes/sellia-messenger/dist/index.js:46:13

    at expressInit (/var/www/letsrock/clientes/sellia-messenger/node_modules/express/lib/middleware/init.js:40:5)

Any ideas of what is going on?

An in-range update of @commitlint/cli is breaking the build 🚨

The dependency @commitlint/cli was updated from 7.5.2 to 7.6.0.

🚨 View failing branch.

This version is covered by your current version range and after updating it in your project the build failed.

@commitlint/cli is a direct dependency of this project, and it is very likely causing it to break. If other packages depend on yours, this update is probably also breaking those in turn.

Status Details
  • continuous-integration/travis-ci/push: The Travis CI build could not complete due to an error (Details).
  • coverage/coveralls: First build on greenkeeper/@commitlint/cli-7.6.0 at 100.0% (Details).

An in-range update of eslint-plugin-import is breaking the build 🚨

The devDependency eslint-plugin-import was updated from 2.16.0 to 2.17.0.

🚨 View failing branch.

This version is covered by your current version range and after updating it in your project the build failed.

eslint-plugin-import is a devDependency of this project. It might not break your production code or affect downstream projects, but probably breaks your build or test tools, which may prevent deploying or publishing.

Status Details
  • continuous-integration/travis-ci/push: The Travis CI build failed (Details).

README.md typo error

Hello @rickydunlop ,

There is also a method to delete the Get Started Button called deleteGetStartedButton

Correct function name: deleteGetStarted

Action required: Greenkeeper could not be activated 🚨

🚨 You need to enable Continuous Integration on all branches of this repository. 🚨

To enable Greenkeeper, you need to make sure that a commit status is reported on all branches. This is required by Greenkeeper because we are using your CI build statuses to figure out when to notify you about breaking changes.

Since we did not receive a CI status on the greenkeeper/initial branch, we assume that you still need to configure it.

If you have already set up a CI for this repository, you might need to check your configuration. Make sure it will run on all new branches. If you don’t want it to run on every branch, you can whitelist branches starting with greenkeeper/.

We recommend using Travis CI, but Greenkeeper will work with every other CI service as well.

Can't declare GenericTemplate

i try to declare GenericTemplate with this code

 let __elements = [
                          new Element({
                            title: 'Title',
                            item_url: 'http://www.example.com',
                            image_url: 'http://www.example.com',
                            subtitle: 'Subtitle',
                            buttons: [
                              new Button({
                                type: 'web_url',
                                title: 'Button',
                                url: 'http://www.example.com',
                              }),
                            ]
                          })
                        ];

let test_generic = new GenericTemplate([__elements]);

but error throw

Error: elements must be an array
at GenericTemplate.BaseTemplate (/user_code/node_modules/fbmessenger/dist/templates/BaseTemplate.js:9:13)

i already debug with Array.isArray() it return true
Any ideas of what is going on?

Multiple pages simultaneously

What would be the propper way to use fbmessenger with multiple pages simultaneously?

  • Instantiate again the global fbmessenger variable.
  • Work with an array of fbmessenger instances.

Thanks.

Version 10 of node.js has been released

Version 10 of Node.js (code name Dubnium) has been released! 🎊

To see what happens to your code in Node.js 10, Greenkeeper has created a branch with the following changes:

  • Added the new Node.js version to your .travis.yml

If you’re interested in upgrading this repo to Node.js 10, you can open a PR with these changes. Please note that this issue is just intended as a friendly reminder and the PR as a possible starting point for getting your code running on Node.js 10.

More information on this issue

Greenkeeper has checked the engines key in any package.json file, the .nvmrc file, and the .travis.yml file, if present.

  • engines was only updated if it defined a single version, not a range.
  • .nvmrc was updated to Node.js 10
  • .travis.yml was only changed if there was a root-level node_js that didn’t already include Node.js 10, such as node or lts/*. In this case, the new version was appended to the list. We didn’t touch job or matrix configurations because these tend to be quite specific and complex, and it’s difficult to infer what the intentions were.

For many simpler .travis.yml configurations, this PR should suffice as-is, but depending on what you’re doing it may require additional work or may not be applicable at all. We’re also aware that you may have good reasons to not update to Node.js 10, which is why this was sent as an issue and not a pull request. Feel free to delete it without comment, I’m a humble robot and won’t feel rejected 🤖

OpenGraphElement and OpenGraphTemplate are not being exported

We can't import OpenGraphElement or OpenGraphTemplate because they are not being exported either in the index.js file for their respective folders nor in Messenger.js.

Is this intentional (is it not supported yet)? If so, do you need help with this?
