The fastest way to serve logs would be via HTTP. That way IRC flood limits aren't a problem. The URL format could be something like
http://bot-domain-or-ip/logs/channel-name/2h/?temporary-access-key

It checks if the user has high priviliges (to allow getting logs from other windows). If the user has lower priviliges it warns "sry, that's not available" even though a different window wasn't specified.

Should only send all messages before the logs command was run.
Sample output (last line should be omitted):

The bot will automatically append 'nick_suffix' to it's nick if the desired nick isn't available. When this occurs the fallback nick isn't properly stored in the 'me' user instance.

Hard to reproduce.

When a user asks for logs when they are already being sent to someone else, add the user to the queue. When the first user gets the logs, start sending to the queued user.

The bot sometime checks wether a specific user instance is the same as bot.me.
This is done to check if an event is related to the bot.

This should always be true, but fails sometimes:
bot.me == bot.GetUser(bot.me.nick)
