Update parcel-bundler version

update to >= 1.10.0

Only show warning for own store types

Redux actions get passed to all sub-reducers, and RedX shows a warning when a store doesnt support a supplied type. This only makes sense if the action is actually meant for that particular store.
The current implementation results in unnecessary warnings.

Investigate name mangling issue

When stores dont get an explicit name, the className is used. This causes issues when these classNames are mangled, because you assume a certain prop name in the observing components.

Fix Redux peer dependency version

Should also support v4

Fix IE bug with contructor.name

The current implementation uses constructor.name (function.name) as a default when you dont supply a storename. Unfortunately, IE has no support for this. There has to be an alternative fallback for this situation.
