Package.json fixes

Hey @rhanb - Hey congrats on your plugin! I noticed your package.json file is incomplete. It is not linking back to your github nor is does it have you as the author. If you need some help with how to lay it out; please see https://plugins.nativescript.rocks/create and it has each of the package.json keys. And again congrats on getting this cool plugin out!

No assets folder found in Android platform

Can't build app after install

  1. tns install nativescript-dev-assets
  2. Confirmed the addition of an assets folder in app/assets
  3. tns platform update android
  4. tns device android confirmed device was connected
  5. tns run android errored out with;
Executing before-prepare hook from /hooks/before-prepare/nativescript-dev-assets.js
No assets folder found in Android platform at: /platforms/android/src/main/assets

Error when creating a template project

This template: https://github.com/nstudio/template-nstudio-plain
