Install the dependencies.  Run pip3 as root, or sudo -H, so
pip3 will install the python libs for the right user (root).

    $ sudo -H bash
    $ apt-get install python3-pip apache2 libapache2-mod-wsgi-py3
    $ pip3 install speedtest-cli dnspython requests flask matplotlib

Install the internet-canary...

    $ sudo ./setup.py install

Edit the config file...

    $ sudo vim /etc/internet-canary.d/internet-canary.yaml

Enable things...

    $ sudo bash
    $ a2dissite 000-default
    $ a2ensite InternetCanaryWebApp
    $ systemctl enable internet-canary

To see the results, do this...

    $ sqlite3 /var/lib/internet-canary/internet-canary.db
