The MA Governor page pops up a seemingly random ForeSee branded feedback survey. Currently, the form submission will fail if the box happens to pop-up, but the retry is successful as the pop-up doesn't seem to appear more than once successively.

We should handle this better with some JS in the yaml to clobber this box if it appears.

NJ has one unified web form that covers both chambers. The tricky part will be to avoid ridiculous redirects and double-sending to assemblymembers. Otherwise, one can use the CA config(s) as a model (CA also has a uniform form across both chambers of its legislature).

There's a VA House export into CSV here but the only machine readable format I can find for the VA Senate is an Excel Spreadsheet on their Downloadable Lists page.

Utah has a unified web form for each of its two legislative chambers. One can use the OH config(s) as a model (Ohio also has one form for each chamber of its legislature, and for Utah you'll want to follow a similar pattern as in Ohio where we start from the legislator's homepage then click the contact link).
