+add Beauty Books logos and watermarks ("Logo_and_watermark_files (1).zip" shared on Slack, should be five of them) to beauty-books/public/img folder.

Place a div with class "calendar" as placeholder for the calendar. Write HTML for rest of the view.

Initialize HomeController.js & connect controller to home config route. Add HomeController script link to index.html

Add link it to "#/settings" within the nav of components/header.html, before the link that contains the logo. The link text should be the font-awesome cog logo (fa-cog). (fa should already be running in the project)

The new link should be the first within the nav.

Issue 31 was having merge issues. I created this branch to copy/paste the changes in a controlled way.

Added this issue, as was unable to write the CSS for this page without the HTML
