There should be source/example files that show how tools such as NewRelic, portal-sso, rabbit_mq, etc should be configured.

And also have not only the configuration files, but an explanation on why and how we use each one of these.

Now, what would be the best way to add this? We can just create a directory for it, or an empty, example Rails app that has all of these configured.
