If I'm not mistaken, the FontInfo type in remotion/packages/google-fonts/src/index.ts also needs to be extended with waitUntilDone. It seems to work as expected, but Typescript is complaining that it does not know that new function (for context, the font is loaded via getAvailableFonts on my end).
