train on VIPL_HR based on MTTS-CAN

Hi,
I want to train on VIPL_HR(hr、SpO2) based on MTTS-CAN, I have generate training file (VIPL_HR_Train.h5dfVIPL_HR_Train.h5df). During the training , the index error will appear.

hello,I have achieved PhysNet、Physformer and RTRPPG. I used MSELoss and Neg PersonLoss to train them with UBFC dataset.However,the best result are as follows RMSE4.3,MAE3.3,PC0.96 ,do you have any better result?

What is the label format for UBFC-rPPG

I want to collect my own data and train it, but I am no longer a student, and I cannot apply for any datasets. The problem now is that I don't know what the format of the label is, which makes me unsure about how to write the label. Could you tell me the format of the UBFC-rPPG label? If possible, could you also inform me about the format of labels for other datasets like PURE?
I purchased a CMS50E pulse oximeter to measure pulse, but I found that its pulse sampling frequency is only 20 times per minute. How do datasets like UBFC-RPPG write labels at a frame rate of 30 frames per second for image sampling?

  1. what does each column mean in 'result.csv' file?

[example]
row : 'BigSmall_PURE_PURE_72_30_10'
used model : BigSmall
training dataset : PURE
test dataset : PURE
Image Sise : 72
EVAL_TIME_LENGTH : 30
??? : 10

  • what does the 10 mean in this row?
  • and the other is right?
  1. All of the model combinations are trained and tested by your teams?

  2. How can I read 'calc_comp.csv'file?
    I found all the file in this repository but cannot found any description about this.
