Panic on ctrl-c exit: negative WaitGroup counter in streamer_firehose

I am seeing a sync package panic, complaining of a negative wait group counter.
This seems related to recent "improved s3 functionalities" commit.
Let's find a way to not Add() an extra counter, else decrement the this sync.waitGroup as appropriate.

os.Exit(0) in tail/tail.go > watchFile() causes premature termination when file does not exist
Testing in 'directory mode', on attempt to openFile that does not exist (dir is empty), pushr will prematurely terminate due to os.Exit(0).
This change breaks basic functionality of the application. If we want to gracefully exit on ctrl-c (vs. kill -9), this will require other refactoring.
