When this extension is enabled and the CiviCRM shortcode adding button above the visual editor is on the content type, the visual editor in WordPress, cannot be used. There's a lot updates currently going into TinyMCE for WordPress that are going to be into core. So am wondering if it's version conflicts.

• Is there a way to use the same version of TinyMCE if the CMS has it and if not use what's in the extension?
• Or maybe not load it on the WP side at all when the CiviCRM shortcode button is enabled on that content type?
• Or something else...?

when switching to "Tiny MCE" in CiviCRM 4.7.31,the toolbar is not visible. How can i fix this?

I installed the TinyMCE editor.

I went to create a new page and I get an error spread across the editor text box, and a tall, vertical column that seems to contain the same text, but in a column 1 character wide.

Failed to load plugin: wordpress from url https:///wp-content/uploads/civicrm/ext/com.aghstrategies.tinymce/js/tinymce/plugins/wordpress/plugin.min.js

I'm unsure why this is calling this extension considering that I'm not even in the CiviCRM interface at this point...

As you can see, shoreditch doesnt look so great with TinyMCE.

I have a client using CiviCRM 5.8 who is keen to use TinyMCE. Is this extension known to work with 5.8, or can I expect issues?
