Hi,

The tint color of the menu bar icon in Big Sur do not work, it is always black when i select "Tint menu bar icon on unread" in Appearance. In Catalina it is ok

I think that the problem arises do to another feed: http://www.padreydecano.com/cms/feed/
If I delete this feed and re add it, it works initially:

But then all articles for the feed are removed and the unread badge assigned to another feed:

I found that http://feeds.feedburner.com/GitBlame always indicates (1) unread article both in the menu item (but not in the list of articles itself):

If I click on "Mark all read" inside the feed, nothing happens. If I click on the top level (all fees) "Mark all read" menu item, the article does get marked as read and the indicator disappears but only for a while, then it returns.

First of all baRSS 1.2.0 (intel) works on MacOS Ventura 13.0 with my Mac Mini M1. However, I quickly discovered a problem. It does not display articles all the time when there are some to read. To do this, just click again on its icon in the menu bar and it's ok. but it comes up often... As you can see from the screenshot, there is an unread article for MacRumors but it doesn't show up on click.
Any idea ?

For feeds like https://increment.com/feed.xml where feed items have no link set, but only a guid field, the items are greyed out and can not be clicked to be opened in a browser.

In those situations it would be desireable to use the guid field as link if it has the isPermaLink attribute set to true as then the field value must be a URL.

For some feeds (e.g. https://www.infranken.de/storage/rss/rss/2.0/bamberg.xml), the feed items do not appear in chronologial order. It would be nice to have an option to sort items as they appear in the feed or sort them chronologically.

Hello @relikd,

launching the app at the system startup (or after a reboot) would be a nice feature IMO. How much effort do you think it is to implement such a feature? I've included a small prototype below how it might look like using a simple checkbox in the overall app settings.

It would be great to have all the unread items in a separate list (see image below).

baRSS is not able to retrieve the feed URL for https://news.ycombinator.com although it is available. As a workaraound, the feed URL can be added manually.

There are feeds (e.g. https://gi.de/aktuelles/meldungen/rss.xml) which have a very large number of items. It would be nice if baRSS would be able to limit certain (or all feeds) to a specified number of newest items.

The news Atom feed for media.ccc.de (https://media.ccc.de/news.atom) is not handled properly by baRSS. After a while (approx. a day) the feed items appear multiple times (see attached screenshot) while they should only appear once.
