Unused for flu competition, should replace with something like 4 week ahead predictions

• determine how to download delphi realtime flu data
• rename absolute filepaths in sandbox file to call data from github repo
• rerun analyses

I would like to distribute some of the datasets added to this repository along with a new inference code I'm working on.
I am of course giving credit, but I would also like to share the license for the original data, which there are none at the moment.

Could a LICENSE---say MIT--- be added?
I can put in a pull request.

Not sure what is causing this error, but using the current version I'm able to make predictions for up to 10 horizons, then it breaks at horizon 11 with this error:

Error in squared_exp_kernel(bw = 0.116765527674888, x = c(0.833499811462963,  :  center must be numeric with length 1

Any thoughts?
