perf: implement data archiving for old datapoints
- Remove old data from DB (at least significantly decrease data points density for old data points) (current DB costs are alreqdy quite high)
- Create tools to analyse saved data on Arweave
- [Maybe] prepare an automated solution (e.g. cron job) for database cleaning (decreasing data points density)
- [Maybe] find the best mechanism to off-load data from DB to Arweave in the most efficient and user-friendly way

Connect redstone-oracle-registry contracts
We should connect repeated fetching the redstone-oracle-registry contract state for being able to verify received data packages on the /prices POST endpoint.
The data package verification will work in the following way:
- For single package: we check the provider id and verify the evm signature
- For package with multiple prices we should select few (e.g. 3) random prices and verify evm signatures for them
Improve error handling and return corresponding HTTP codes in case of errors
Currently we aways return code 500 in case of any problem (which is not a good approach :))
Create an OpenAPI specification
We should implement a specification for RedStone cache layer based on OpenAPI standard
