What to do now..
a) Make a character differ from the created pawns(which I call human shields).
b) Make the pawns to self destruct when the main character gets destroyed.
c) Make a timer system of some sort to make the pawns respawn if the main character is alive.
What I have to fix:
Save the little soldiers to the squad leader. Make it stick to them. Currently I'm using human shields array which saves every soldiers. Now I need to separate these to each individual squad leader s.
