filename mismatch of RollershutterItem.js

actually it is named RollerShutterItem.js which makes it fail on OS with case-sensitive filesystem:

solution is to rename the file to RollershutterItem.js.

SyntaxError: Unexpected token .

fresh install via sudo npm install -g redhell/homebridge-openHAB fails on startup:
