Cannot empty tag list once created

There is a check in __storetags() which prevents the complete removal of all tags of a specific download, is there a deeper meaning to why this should not be possible/allowed?

MISSING_DEFAULT_STRING

If I extract to plugins/download folder and I am getting this error in administration panel. Am new to wolfcms and how should I overcome this?

Install fails when Install Helper is not installed

Hi,
Nice script!

I know the Install Helper is a requirement (why that??? I want as few plugins as possible), but it install process does not inform of this fact. Would be nice if in enable.php you could have some kind of check if the install helper is installed, before continuing.
