A user with orders permissions should be able to add a discount code to a completed order.

Adding a valid discount code to a completed order should create a refund for the order of the discounted amount.

Refunding an order via discount code should not update the order status.

Refunding an order via discount code should add a discount code event to the order history.

It should be visible from the order detail view that a discount has been added.

Refunding the order should trigger an Order Refunded event.

The Order Refunded event should send an email to the customer informing them of the refund having been initiated and add a notification to their notification list.
