Please mention how can we use this library

• "Mime type" is a deprecated term for Media Type.
• This is not a utility to deal with media types as the name would suggest, but:
  • a registry for RDF parsers and RDF serializers
  • a delegating parser/serializer supporting multiple serilaizatio

I think this could well be part of the main rdf-ext component as parsing and serializing are very commonly required functionality, it should in this case not introduce any dependency to a concrete parser or serializer but simply provide the registry and the parser(mediaType, ...) and serilaize(mediaType,...) method.

If however we want to keep the modules as small as possible then we should have two projects, rdf-multi-format-parser and -serializer.
