This docker container is used as a base setup for running java 8 + tomcat webapps.
Mysql usage is optional (it will be installed but the daemon is not started).
Newrelic daemon is optional.
Nginx config is required to use port 8080

To download image:

```
docker pull guilhermesilveira/java8-nginx-tomcat8-mysql
```

Or clone and build a new image:

```
git clone [email protected]:guilhermesilveira/java8-nginx-tomcat8-mysql.git
docker build -t="guilhermesilveira/java8-nginx-tomcat8-mysql"
```

To start the engines:

```
docker run -t -i -p 80:80 -p 8080:8080 guilhermesilveira/java8-nginx-tomcat8-mysql /bin/bash
```

And then you can:

```
# Start (if you need) mysql
service mysql start

# Add a tomcat root webapp
mkdir -p /home/root/tomcat/webapps/ROOT
echo "Welcome to Tomcat" > /home/root/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/index.html 

# Start tomcat
/home/root/tomcat/bin/startup.sh

# Test tomcat and nginx
curl http://localhost:8080
curl http://localhost

# Build you own project
# git clone your project
# ant and/or npm build it
```
