Google Civic API code needs reworking to not return error, resources listed in comments, common error

clear rep list

when user chooses another state, clear and repopulate representative name list

clear rep news

when another rep's name is clicked from the list, clear news related to last rep shown and repopulate

load page function

add functionality so user is presented with state selection (and not empty divs) on page load

object value returns undefined

when looping through news api object to populate news page portion, not all keys have values, but the loop needs to continue or the program stops. Add functionality to skip to the next line.
