Emojis should be added to the main database, and we should add linked servers for emoji usage purposes.

The ;event command is too slow and depends on pulling data from other websites. We should store the data in the database.

they should all be in an index.ts, and the commands should probably export a list of aliases which it registers at creation time.

instead of having it injected/initialized in every file, the logic should be centralized

right now, it's a lot of unrelated functions together. they should be grouped with like functions in more specific helper classes.

this file is too large

Currently hard coded channel restrictions on what channels can access the print emoji list. Need to be more flexible and maybe load from a config somewhere.
