I'd like code review updates.

I think the minimal viable would be diff number & description with link to the diff.

nice to have: status of the diff.

• Extension version: 4.2.2
• Integration: Asana, GitHub

Expected Behavior:

The page is reported to Range once it has completely loaded.

Actual Behavior:

Unloaded pages are sent to Range.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem:

1. Go to Asana
2. Click through a few cards
3. Check your compose sidebar

Expected Behavior:
When i visit and edit a Dropbox Paper document, it gets imported into Range

Actual Behavior:
When I'm on this paper document, I don't get any suggestions from Range.

I believe this is happening because i navigated to this paper doc from their browser (within an app) rather than a fresh page view.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem:

1. Visit the root folder of paper (don't open a paper doc directly in the browser)
2. Click a document to open it.
3. Edit the doc to trigger a keypress
4. Note the monitor error in the console.
