System not working and nothing shown on the lcd

Dear good sir, I managed to rebuild your circuit and successfully downloaded the code to TIVA, but the lcd has shown nothing. The lcd I used is the same to yours using HD44780. Is there anything I can do about it? And what could be wrong?
