This simple React Counter App allows you to increment and decrement a counter value.

1. Clone this repository to your local machine.
2. Navigate to the project directory.
3. Install dependencies by running npm install.
4. Start the developm0ent server with npm start.
5. Open your web browser and go to http://localhost:300 to view the app.

• Counter Value: The current value of the counter is displayed on the screen.
• Add Value Button: Clicking this button increments the counter value by 1.
• Remove Value Button: Clicking this button decrements the counter value by 1.

To make changes to the app, open the App.js file located in the src directory. You can modify the code as needed and save the file to see the changes reflected in real-time.
