Your plugin looks good and for a long time I had this plugin in my list of ideas:)

So, now I have few thoughts about how to improve this plugin, that I want to discuss:

1. Add support for rgba colors, like rgba(255, 255, 100, 0.5) or rgba(255, 255, 100, .5)
2. Remove convertColor keyword. I think it makes sense to use this plugin just by regexp, so plugin could be used for all inputs that match:
3. #+6 chars it is color, like #cceebb
4. rgb(...,...,...)

More ideas could be taken from google preview:

So, they support some more formats (I'm not sure they are useful, but could be for designers) and also they have colorpicker in their preview.

What do you think?
