inotify not working in Alpine Linux 3.6

raise ImportError("Can't find C library.")

This exception is risen on Alpine Linux 3.6, because ctypes.util.find_library('c') fails to load.

This is a long known bug in Alpine, see https://bugs.alpinelinux.org/issues/4512

dsoprea's inotify module on PyPI solves this issue by falling back to loading libc.so.6 if c is not avaliable:

https://github.com/dsoprea/PyInotify/blob/78670d829ba363dcdde814513990e31e0e8eb7b7/inotify/library.py#L6

That works in Alpine.

Running sed -i.bak s/raise\ ImportError/name\ =\ \"libc.so.6\"\ #\ raise\ ImportError/g /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/twisted/python/_inotify.py on Alpine fixes the issue. This replaces raise ImportError with name = "libc.so.6" # raise ImportError
