Publish a new basic web application onto the repository.

For this feature, it is necessary to be able to create a Kubernetes cluster on GCP in an automated manner.

A database must be created using Cloud SQL, and it should be available for the application to use. The application receives these values as environment variables.

A DNS record must be created that points to the generated public IP for the load-balanced service.

An integration between the application and the database needs to be created. The goal is to create a table in the database that can be both written to and read from.

It is necessary to automate the deployment process to Production by adding deployment automation using Ansible and calling it with Github Actions once a release is made.

It is necessary for the project documentation to be summarized and published in the project's README.md. The purpose of the documentation is to provide details on the key points of how the application works, how it is deployed, and explain the process for testing it in action.

The necessary files must be created to generate the services in the Kubernetes cluster. These services should be associated with a Deployment that retrieves the Docker image published in the GCR registry.
