I was unable to use Query.jl on Julia 0.6.3 until I added a precompile() to TableShowUtils. Should I use a specific version of Query for that particular Julia version? Thanks for any tips!

There is one corner case, when an Enumerable has no length, but happens to exactly have the number of max elements to be shown (both html and text), it will say that there are more elements to be shown. That is incorrect and can be detected.

I think it would make it slightly easier for packages interopting w/ these types to have a small core to depend on (that essentially will never change); I mention because I've been digging around and have ideas around possibly enhancing the sqlite queryable implementation, or defining some methods w/ Enumerable in DataFrames itself.

Many functions in QueryOperators, like map, collect, etc., can't be imported cause their names match Base ones

We could use map instead of select, filter instead of where etc.
